Triple Cask Matured: Old European oak wine barrels, new honey spirit, and finished in Madeira casks . This cask combination forms the basis for the superbly balanced character of the 1513 Triple Cask Matured.

Dutch Premium Rum made from organic sugarcane molasses and aged for up to five years. Its distinctive feature is the fermentation process carried out in old wine barrels with natural yeast. This rum is produced only once a year between July and August in Flevoland due to its unique climate.

The distillation is carried out entirely in handmade, traditional (pot still) kettles with a maximum capacity of 200 litres small batch.  After pot still distillation, the premium rum matures for up to 3 years in different barrels.

1513 is a delicious rum from the Draco Spirit Master distillery . This rum is distilled in Flevoland and bottled at a minimum of 45% alcohol.
