Handcrafted Vodka

With our Deluxe Edition Small Batch Vodka series, we've created a vodka with our own original recipe that reflects our distillery philosophy of purity and authenticity.

We use all- natural ingredients , pure local water, and premium 100% home-produced grain alcohol.

The pure organic wheat-rye mash is then double distilled in a column still. After the second distillation, the spirit is filtered with ice and carbon. The final and most important step is copper pot still distillation, where the alcohol passes more slowly through the copper alembic, allowing more "impurities" to be extracted through the copper, further softening the alcohol.

This process makes it one of the smoothest vodkas on the market.

In addition to vodka, we also make vermouth , liqueur , rum and raki .
