Triple Cask Matured, aged in European oak, our own honey spirit, and finished in 350-liter Cognac casks . This cask combination forms the basis for the superbly balanced character of the 1513-Triple Cask Matured.

Dutch Premium Rum made from organic sugarcane molasses and aged for up to five years. Its distinctive feature is the fermentation process carried out in old wine barrels with natural yeast. This rum is produced only once a year between July and August in Flevoland due to its unique climate.

The distillation is carried out entirely in handmade, traditional (pot still) kettles with a maximum capacity of 200 litres small batch.  After pot still distillation, the premium rum matures for a minimum of 5 years in various barrels and finally in Cognac barrels.

1513 is a delicious rum from the Draco Spirit Master distillery . This rum is distilled in Flevoland and bottled at a minimum of 44% alcohol.
