The taste is particularly dry, with notes of citrus, ginger, thyme, and a subtle hint of bitter vermouth, wormwood , and dried fruit. How is the product made?

Pera Vermouth Blanco Dry is made using traditional methods. Verdejo wine from Rueda is enriched with home-distilled Sultana raisin alcohol. Then, carefully selected aromatic herbs and spices are added, which together create the unique flavor. The blend is aged for several weeks in stoneware barrels to allow all the flavors to fully integrate.
