Merlot-Bogazkeresi-Sultaniye Raisins

This vermouth is a distinctive aperitif with an unmistakable identity, characterized by raisin brandy from old Oloroso barrels and cognac, along with an elegant hint of bitterness, balanced by the sweetness of dried fruit and anise. The result is a subtly balanced flavor with unique spicy, botanical, and citrus notes.

A blend of raisin brandy and Merlot matured in Old Oloroso Sherry casks. After a hydroalcoholic maceration process with the addition of extracts of vermouth, bitter herb, wormwood, coriander, elderberry, and gentian, dried oranges, coffee, aromatic cloves, cinnamon, and juniper berries, the final blend is matured in old Oloroso casks.

Bright mahogany color with copper hues. Intense spicy aromas with hints of Oloroso Sherry. Dried fruit and citrus notes of orange with a lovely, spicy blend of cloves, gentian, and coffee. An elegant bitterness results in a complex yet smooth finish. Warm and welcoming, with a slightly sweet finish.
