TELVE Turkish Mocha

TELVE means Turkish Coffee grounds. TELVE Coffee is a rich and pure coffee liqueur from the Netherlands. This coffee liqueur from Draco Spirit has unique, authentic, smoky coffee flavors with notes of toffee, caramel, and licorice, and a pleasantly full, fine finish. It's both strong and smooth on the palate.

TELVE is the first liqueur made from fig alcohol. TELVE open fire crafted Coffee is carefully crafted according to old recipes from Turkey made.

Made with briefly roasted, high-quality, very finely ground coffee beans (100% Ethiopian Arabica) and fig alcohol. The coffee is placed in a cezve (a large coffee pot). Water is added and the mixture is slowly brought to a simmer over the stove. The coffee should not boil. This boiled coffee is macerated in fig alcohol and then aged.  This process creates a beautifully balanced and complex liqueur perfect for both cocktails and neat with desserts. 

The Mocha is slightly smoky on the nose with notes of toffee, fig, caramel, chocolate, grains, and a hint of fruity Arabica. The Arabica beans have a refined flavor with a lingering sweet finish. This blend has a soft, velvety crema and reveals the fig alcohol with Subtle chocolate and grain notes. The medium roast allows the natural, sweet aromas of the Arabica to fully develop.

In general, 100% Arabica coffee beans are considered a sign of high-quality coffee due to their complex flavor profiles and pleasant aromas.
